Payment information should be entered only through the website checkout fields provided for the transaction. Before completing payment, customers should review the order total, any applicable shipping charge, and the payment option shown for the transaction. A card issuer or payment service may perform security checks or decline a transaction based on its own rules.
Users should not send full card numbers, CVV, or security codes through ordinary customer service messages.
Refunds to the Original Method
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed after successful return inspection. The merchant processes the refund within 7 business days after successful inspection. Actual credit timing may vary depending on the payment service provider or card issuer.
A return request must generally be made within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. Returns must be registered with customer service in advance, returned goods must meet the applicable return conditions, and mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
